Refund and Cancellation Policies

At Deep Peru Travel, we seek the total satisfaction of our travelers. However, due to the nature of tourism services and advance bookings, the following policies apply:

1. Cancellations by the customer

• 30 days or more before the start: 80% refund of the total paid (excluding non-refundable deposits for Machu Picchu or Inca Trail tickets).
• 15 to 29 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days: No refund applies (No-show).

2. Non-refundable services

Machu Picchu Citadel tickets, train tickets already issued, and Inca Trail permits are **100% non-refundable** and non-transferable according to government regulations.

3. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control, Deep Peru Travel will offer trip rescheduling at no additional cost (subject to third-party availability).
